The annotation feature allows you to add initials, a date, a checkmark, a text, or signature boxes to your document and appoint them to specific signers. But what if you wish to leave an annotation unassigned? KeepSolid Sign provides such an option. This guide will walk you through the few easy steps on how to create public annotations.

Add public annotations to your documents on Windows

Once you open the necessary document, navigate to the Annotations tab on the right.

On the Annotations tab, choose the required type of annotation and click on it.

On the pop-up windows asking you to choose a signer select Anyone option.

Then, move the annotation box to the appropriate place in your document.
