Working with documents in KeepSolid electronic signature software, an author can remind participants that they have documents waiting for their signatures. This can be done through the Reminder option just in 2 clicks:

1. On the Document Info tab, click the Reminder button next to the appropriate signer.

Note: This button is active only for the participant who is to sign at the moment.

2. Click Notify in the request window.

The participant will get a push notification and an email containing a link to sign the document in the web application.

The number of possible reminders is unlimited. So, if your colleague does not revert with a signed document, just repeat the steps and send another reminder.
