What is a public annotation in KeepSolid Sign on macOS

KeepSolid Sign allows you to create public annotations. It means that any of the signers you send the document to can fill it in. So, if you do not need to appoint a specific person to a particular annotation, leave it public. Let’s find out how to add public annotations in your documents.

Create public annotations in esign software by KeepSolid

First, open the document you need and navigate to the Annotate tab on the top left next to Preview option.
