In the KeepSolid Sign app, you can add various annotations and manage them in a number of ways. The annotation itself can be not only a signature, but also initials, a date, a checkmark, or a text. Let’s consider the key aspects of its usage.

Adding an annotation

Open the required document, navigate to the Annotate tab, and then choose the annotation type you want to add.

Select the desired signer and click Assign.

Once you’ve assigned a signer, an annotation box will appear. Move it to the proper place.

Appointing another signer

If you need to change a signer, you can easily do that by selecting the appropriate annotation and clicking Appoint another signer.

Then, simply choose the desired signer and confirm your choice.

Adjusting font

For Date and Text annotations, KeepSolid Sign allows you to change font size and weight, making it bigger or smaller, bold or italic respectively. For this purpose, select the annotation, click Font, and make necessary adjustments.

When you finish with adding and/or adjusting annotations, click Send at the top right so that your colleagues can start signing and observing the document.
