How to create and manage folders in KeepSolid Sign app on Android device
For you to manage a large number of documents within KeepSolid Sign in the most efficient way, the Folders feature was introduced. Having all documents on one tab and scrolling down to the necessary one each time you need it is far from convenient, especially if you have dozens of them already. So, to organize a proper document management, try out the Folders feature. The below guide will walk you through a few simple steps on how to create and manage folders within KeepSolid Sign app.
Step #1. Go to the Documents tab of KeepSolid Sign and tap at the bottom right.

Step #2. In the menu that appears, select Folder option.

Step #3. Type your folder name and tap Confirm.

That’s it! The relevant folder has appeared on the Documents tab.

Step #1. Long press any document and tap on the menu that will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Step #2. Choose Create new folder option.

Step #3. Type in your folder name and tap Confirm.

The folder you’ve just created will appear on the Documents tab.

Step #1. To add a document to a folder, long press the necessary document until the bottom menu appears and tap

Step #2. Choose Move to folder option.

Step #3. You will be asked to choose the desired location. As long as we’ve created just one folder, there is one option on the screenshot below. In case you have several folders, select the one you wish to move your document to.

Step #4. On the next screen you will see the contents of the chosen folder (in our case, the folder is empty). Tap to finalize the process and have the document moved to this folder.

Now, the relevant document has been moved to the chosen folder.

If you’ve mistakenly added a document or no longer need it in a particular folder, you can easily move it to another folder or back to the Documents tab.
Step #1. Long press the document you wish to remove from the folder and tap

Step #2. Choose Move to folder option in the menu that will appear at the bottom.

Step #3. If you wish to move the document back to the Documents tab, tap in the top right corner on the Choose new location screen.

Or, select the folder you wish to move the document to. After you choose the relevant folder, tap


Step #1. Long press the folder you wish to delete and tap on the bottom menu.

Step #2. You will be notified that all the folder’s contents will be deleted as well. If you are sure you wish to delete the folder, tap OK.

That’s it! The folder has been deleted.
