Easy, time-saving, and secure eSignature Software

How to fill and sign PDF forms

Businesses come in all shapes and forms, but, no matter how different they might be, there is one thing that is still almost universal for all of them. It is pain-inducing, time-gobbling, and vastly disheartening paperwork. It doesn’t have to be that way, though.

Aside from obvious minimization of red-tapery, “moving” to the paperless office is something your document flow will greatly benefit from. It’s not at all hard to implement in today’s world, thanks to a number of dedicated electronic signature software.

KeepSolid Sign is a reliable one-stop app that lets you fill out PDF forms, e-sign documents, and efficiently manage your document flow. Any non-interactive applications, tax forms, invoices, contracts and other documents can be easily filled out on all popular platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows).

How to fill out and sign a PDF form electronically:

  1. Download KeepSolid Sign and log in using your KeepSolid ID
  2. Import a PDF document you want to sign from either a local or a cloud storage, open it
  3. Click “Annotations” on Windows, “Annotate” on MacOS, or tap the nib or the pen icon on iOS or Android respectively
  4. Add checkmarks, a text, or a date using corresponding buttons, adjust size of an annotation and drag it to a desired position.
  5. Optionally, sign the form with an electronic signature and/or initials in the same menu

When the PDF form is filled out, be sure to save it.
Note: You can edit it afterwards.

The PDF form that you’ve filled and signed can then be sent to recipients or put up for their signature from within the app. The app stores all documents in the archive and allows creating templates for standard documents.
