Easy, time-saving, and secure eSignature Software

How to create an electronic signature for signing documents

It’s generally recognized that paperwork is a largely obsolete feature of today’s business, yet so persistent. It’s tedious and dreadfully ineffective in terms of time, costs, and ecology. It discords with other usually rather streamline and honed business processes.

Companies, big and small, have been gradually adopting a new paperless framework. And it’s becoming increasingly simpler to do so, thanks to the ever-growing amount of paperless office software. We are passionate about contributing to the process. KeepSolid Sign was developed to address the need for an easy-to-use yet powerful tool for electronic signatures.

Fast fact: 65,395,000,000 sheets of paper are used in the U.S. daily. How much is that? This amount of paper costs as much as 6 exact copies of the Empire State Building would, outweighs 2.5 million sumo wrestlers, and requires almost 815,000 pine trees to be produced.

How exactly do we create an electronic signature with KeepSolid Sign?

Well, for starters, your signature needs to be digitized. It can be done in several ways. You can draw it right in the app, or you can choose to import or take a picture of it written on paper.

  • To create and edit your electronic signature, go to “My signature” (alternatively, you can do it as you sign a document).

  • Having imported and opened it, go to “Annotations” on Windows and MacOS, or tap the nib or the pen icon on iOS or Android respectively.
  • Select “Signature”, size it and put in a desired position, then click or tap “Add”.

KeepSolid Sign’s in-app environment facilitates seamless document flow within a company and between businesses, securely stores your documents, and lets you set up templates for standard documents.
